Where do I place an order?

How do I check delivery or return an order?
Sign in to the account used for your purchase and open the order details. That order provides the available delivery updates, return options and seller support. Keep your order number and the selected product details to hand.
Are all the fountain pens refillable?
No. The selected EYEYE fountain pens in this collection arrive prefilled and are disposable. They are not intended for cartridges or bottled-ink refilling.
Will the ink work with my notebook?
Paper changes ink behavior. Try a spare page, let the ink dry and check the reverse before filling a notebook. Test a highlighter, eraser or wash separately before using it on a finished page.
What does Price checked mean?
It is a checked reference price for the selected option. Prices and availability can change. Confirm the final price, pack and delivery at the place you order.
